Honestly, although I've never purchased one from eBay, it is not a bad idea to do it. With eBay's money back guarantee making it a no loss situation, and if you ask the proper questions, you can honestly get a good gpu for a much lower cost

All of my eBay purchasing has been good. Used 4790k, RX 480, numerous motherboards, in fact people have tried to screw me over more as buyers than as sellers.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
