Atari Flashback with Raspberry Pi

Hi, I am working on a Atari Flashback Mini Console with a Raspberry Pi 2. I have a Retrolink Classic USB Controller and I can't get the fire button working correctly. The emulator requires B for fire, Retropie will only let me use A. I need to be able to bind A an B to the same button. There is only one button on a Atari 2600 Controller. I can use escape on a keyboard to exit a game. Button A on a controller opens a game. Button B on Stella in Retropie fires/action. I'm trying to make it feel like original did. I also want to use a SNES controller for other emulators. I have Atari 2600, 5200, and 7800 on the SD card. I am using Showcase Theme.
