Pc not detecting cpu after oc

I recently got into overclocking and I was using ryzen master to overclock my cpu and I got annoyed of having to reopen

The program and restart my pc every time so I went into the bios and put in the exact same parameters I had in ryzen master which was stable and now my motherboard won't detect my cpu.

 I've tried resetting cmos and no dice. Any tips or ideas?

Amd rx580 4gb msi armour 

2x Wd blue 2 Tb

Evga 450w power supply

What do you mean when you say "pc not detecting cpu"?

Sorry should have specified but my motherboard has debug leds and the cpu light came on and the manual says fail or not detected
