Looking for new display

Hello! So i have a 24 inch TV monitor 60Hz currently, and im looking for a new monitor for gaming and what not. Price max, i want to stay under 150$ US if i can, 22-24 inch would be nice as thats what im used to.

Not sure if this helps, i got an EVGA GTX 1070 Hybrid, so 1 HDMI and 3 Display Ports

 

This will be the first monitor that ive had, so i honestly have no idea what im really looking for. It doesnt need to be labeled "Gaming" to be honest

If you have a card of that caliber, I'd suggest stepping up your monitor game. No point in having high end hardware just to stare at a 60hz, basic panel; might as well have spent half the amount on the GPU at that point.
