Split PC into two machines like RDP

Hello. I'm splitting my PC for gaming with my friends. I'm using Windows 10 to split it into two separate accounts with RDP and Parsec installed on second account. It's working pretty good, but there's a problem with some games, that can't run in windowed mode. RDP has problems with finding maximum resolution and too high CPU usage (like 10%) regardless of settings. I don't want to use KVM because it requires more than 1 GPU and own one core to work. Is there any free software to do something like this?

Virtualbox + any remote access application although this itself also has overhead.
