At first boot your pc check is everything ok. Then may turn off and turn on again after auto-settings was made.

If everything will be ok, you may check all settings in BIOS. Probably you can find some options to disable testing ram/oc/etc. at start.

Do you have an overclock on your Ram? If not then this should not be an issue as the voltages are regulated, you could be suffering from a different issue. My Psu boots twice as i have an overclock on my ram and cpu. If you are sure it is your memory then you had best run memtest or windows memory checker. This takes time so be patient. My set of ram had an issue and games and programs would crash after a few moments. Since i have my replacement i have had no issues. Memcheck is the better option FYI.
