Hi, im hoping to build my first PC around Christmas time. I need an replacement to my current PC (AMD Athlon b22, Radeon HD 5450 1gb). Upgrade is not possible due to the PSU.

I have a budget of around £370 (i know its small).

I've made a bit of a part list but the CPU has recently gone up in price drastically.

I want to use it for games like Fortnite (and other light games) but want to play on high settings at a good framerate.

Pentium G5400 3.7Ghz (Used to be only £58)

Gigabyte - H310 D3 (Just a supported motherboard that looks good)

Kingston - FURY (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 (A cheap Ram kit)

Focus G Petrol Blue Mid Tower Case (I like the look of this case)

Corsair 550 Watt VS550 Refurbished (The cheapest 550w power supply from a brand i've heard of)

GTX 680 (CeX do a good price. it gives the same performance but is cheaper than the 1050)

Im using storage and peripherals from my old pc.

I don't really want to go higher than the budget but right now its above.

I've also made a list using Ryzen and at the moment its a bit cheaper than the Pentium build.

The problem is that they both now cost more than the budget.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do about this / alternatives to think about

Thanks
