URGENT: ADWARE ISSUE

I'm currently plagued by adware issues on my mac, I also have chrome downloaded on it and have removed all suspicious extensions, I even have malware bytes and after a security check it has quarantined 18 files/folders;

can someone please tell me if its safe to delete them, without them disrupting my mac in anyway (view the attached image); Thanks.

Those programs needs to be installed into the computer by the user.

It is recommended NOT to install / use those programs...

 

You are save to remove those.

If the files are in quarantine from Malwarebytes,  you can delete those files without harm to your MAC.

If they are already quarantined then you can say they are already effectively deleted.
The OS can no longer access those files, and any damaged caused by removing them has already taken effect. So all in all, if your MAC works fine now, then it will work fine once you've deleted them.

It's not a race to the bottom.
