On my Fractal Design Define R6 it comes with 3 fans black and white i think or vice versa either way im getting the Nzxt Kraken X62 and i kinda wanna keep the white blade fans that come with the case

if i use the case fans on the Kraken x62 how much will that affect my temps

I doubt that would effect your temperatures enough to really matter. It's not like you're trying to do some crazy overclock where you need the lowest temperatures possible.
