Is there a way to play a game even if your cpu doesn't support sse4.1.

What game are you trying to play?
What is your CPU (and other system specs).

SSE4.1 is more than 10 years old, so if your CPU doesn't support SSE4.1 then you'll probably struggle with most modern titles that rely on it anyway.
