Is there a way to check which combos would be faster in 1080p

Like 

7600+3080 or 7800x3d+3070 ?

I heard in 1080p spending more on gpu doesn't bring that much perf uplift

Depends heavily on the game. Also, could you give more details on the build? There are some legends here that can retool the build for a good deal.

I am from india and most of the parts here are generally cost much higher compared to us but still

Thanks that solves most of my problems, i will generally be playing single players game mostly
