I like my Dell SE2717HR.

1920x1080, 27", IPS, FreeSync, 75Hz, HDMI and VGA inputs.

Can usually be found for in the region of 170 USD.

Somewhat off-topic, do you actually notice the difference between 60Hz and 75Hz? I was never really able to notice a difference until refresh rate got into the 90Hz+ area. The SE2717HR is a great monitor though, probably should've got one instead of my S2715H but I can't say I'm dissatisfied.

Once or twice in my history of running at 75Hz I've noticed a very slight difference.

It's pretty uncommon, but there's an extra 15Hz there whether you notice them or not.

The 'LG24mp59ht' is pretty good. It has freesync, 75hz, hdmi x2, vga and also a headset output.

Picture quality is just amazing for the price, got mine for $175
