do you have still this problem?

Hi guys, I recently updated my windows awhile ago, and I thought this problem was fixed. here's some screenshots below. I was rendering my video in adobe prempro, and ofc its normal to have that cpu usage. but what was not normal was, it showed 99% of the cpu usage and adobe is at 9.6% CPU usage which means that it is not showing the real cpu usage of the program itself. it has the same problem with the last update.

..You click on CPU tab to sort the list of highest CPU usage to lowest, when you open Task manager the tasks are sorted by name...
If it's not showing then you further investigate again in the CPU tab but with the Resource monitor

The Adobe exe itself is not rendering the video, it's another task that's why you're seeing the 9,6% usage

I bet that if you scroll down a bit you will see which task is using your resources, further comment if it's not this and you're actually having some issues..

nope. I only render inside prmpro, i dont use any media encoder. so, before i had this problem, its always the prempro prgram in the task manager will have cpu usage no other.
