Posted October 10, 2018 I prefer ZFS. Why not talk about backup? What happen if all your drive dies at same time, raid won't help. Raid is mainly for performance boost and in-case if a drive break due to life and allow you buy new drive and replace array without losing data. Also this topic has been discuss to death, just use forum search next time or even better Google or duckduckgo/searx if you want some privacy. You also might want to put all question in one thread instead of posting 3 different threads about UNRAID vs Raid. Magical Pineapples
