Well, Nvidia is going to price it at a high price, so nope.

Dont get the first maxwell generation. I heard that its gonna be 28nm and the new Maxwell refresh in early 2015 is in 22 (i think?!) nm

I have been researching for awhile...i think Feb-March seems very likely, possibly be really available in May. 

 

You gonna build a new rig? Im building one once GTX 800 Series come out.

Very unlikely. If it's 28nm it's Kepler and there is no way to advance with Kepler. NVIDIA will release 20nm cards next, sooner or later.

i heard TSMC isnt ready with their 20nm production yet.

That means we have to wait until it's ready, Kepler is finished.
