Hey guys, so I wanted to get more into gaming, heavy gaming. I have a computer atm but it's non upgradable since it's a pre-built and chrome basically maxes out the cpu.

My budget is around £2000 and this is the best I've been able to come up with, if anyone has any changes let me know, peripherals aren't required since I have everything.

Thanks from the top

Everything looks good, the only thing I would recommend is maybe buying a bit better mobo to pair with the 8700k, although it would not be necessary.

I totally agree. Only go higher if you going to work with rendering programs or editing of movies.

edit:

I've been locking up GPU's and for just 8 GBP more you can get a 1080 Ti @ overclockers

Looks good, but I think you could save some money by going with a 16gb kit, 32gb is over the top if you're just going to game on it.

Yeah even 8 is not that bad but definitely get 16. 32 is an overkill for gaming. music composition or editing totally requires 32 or 64 ram

get a better Z370 board, the Z370-A pro doesn't have good vrms. the 970 evo and 32gb of ram is not needed for just gaming.
