Help me with Microphones!?

Hey, 

I was wondering what was a great but cheap microphone setup for a good price. What do i need and what would be the best for the price.

 

I just bought this. I was told everything I needed was included. Will this be better than a usb microphone i currently have? Its just the Microphone on the Astro a50s that im currently using.
