Do you mind TN panel?

So, I have been looking at getting a laptop to do website development(mostly javascript and python)on the go.

Now my issue is my budget being between 500 to 600. However, I'm not looking for a laptop that has a dedicated GPU. All I think I need is something with 8 GB of ram and a decent processor. Additionally, it would be nice if it was light in terms of weight.

Anyway, that was long winded. Basically I'm looking for recommendations based on those three requirements.

Any help would be much appreciated. :)

I'm from Arizona, U.S.A.

Weight should be under 4Lbs, the lighter the better.  Battery life around 3-4 hours at most. Display size around 13 inches to 15.6 inches.
