Help, since Sunday my computer has not been able to boot. The system turns on, RGB on motherboard and fans turn on, BUT they turn off after a little while. I keep getting memory and Cpu error codes on my motherboard error display thing. IDK what to do. I have two hypotheses: One the PSU is not working, Two the motherboard is dead. If there needs to be more information just say so.

Try and rule simple things out. Try powering on the system with a different known working PSU. Still doesn't work? Then you can cross that off the list. Is your RAM installed in the correct slots? The motherboard is the hardest to confirm as its quite laborious to replace the motherboard and test another and very few people have a spare board lying around and a friend isn't going to temporarily disassemble their system to loan you one.

Can you give us full system specs?

Gaming - Ryzen 9800X3D | 64GB 6400mhz cl30 9070 XT

Homelab - many servers...constantly changing.

3970X/256GB - 5950X/128GB ECC - 5600G/96GB - 3400GE/16GB - 3400GE/16GB

How did you come up with said hypothesis?

Remove everything except for the CPU (and its fan, of course) and try booting it

Ok, I will do that, But on how I got my hypothesis is by removing ram, removing CPU and putting it back into the computer and no function. I also tried multiple ram configurations.

Wow it has codes? That's really useful

Now you need to grab as many codes as you can see.

in the manual (if don't have it, click here to download it) in page 40 you'll find debug codes and shit, 63 is "CPU DXE initialization is started."

Yea I read that on the manual but I didn't know what to do with it, I think the other error code was something to do with ram issues

56 Invalid CPU type or speed. (wtf?)

93 PCI Bus hot plug initialization.

E9 S3 Resume PPI is not found. (I think it's talking about your front IO panel, I think you didn't connect it properly)

63~67 CPU DXE initialization is started.

Yea so I am a little confused on what to do. That's why I reseated the Cpu too.
