how i create this file ?

hello

i used  Inkscape to editing image

i find the image

local C > user > my pc name 

i saw this file before in desktop but i didnt have it

 no idea how i create it

On windows there's a directory for every user on the system, all containing their own Desktop folder, Downloads folder, Documents folder, etc. That directory is what that is, if you want another folder like that you add another user to the device.

i want same this file on my desktop

if i want open this file i need to open

C + user + solo ( pc name ) Download Documents  , etc

Haven't used windows in awhile but I think you can just right click it and create a shortcut? Put that on your desktop and that's your solution.

Settings > personalization > on right ( Desktop icon settings )
