Is it possible to use your lan internet for downloading and wifi for something else ? i use pc which can connect to wifi too.  i want to use my phone to share its internet so i can connect with wifi and use my other internet connection via lan for downloading files ? so can i do that ?

You are talking about bonding 2 internet lines, while you can bond 2 internet lines on a PC using Speedify, you cannot set what connection is used for what. Would also not recommend bonding ethernet and mobile data since bonding 2 connections with vastly different speeds causes a lot of overhead

It sounds more like they want to max out their broadband while still using their phone to browse the web on their PC without slow down.

 

Its not at all simple to do that unfortunately as the PC has no way to know which traffic should be sent over which connection.
