Help! No POST - bios beep codes present

Hi, I recently ran into a problem where my PC won't POST and all I get are two different beep codes: When I try booting without RAM - rapid reoccurring short beeps, when I try booting with RAM inserted - 1 long and 3 short beeps. 

 

What I've tried so far:

1.Removed all components from the case

2. Reseated the GPU and reconnected all the cables from the PSU 

3.Cleared CMOS

4.Tried booting without and with 1 stick of ram (also tried all of the DIMM slots) 

5.Tried booting without the hard drive

When I power on all fans are working correctly. I can't try to boot without the GPU because I don't have on board graphics. I tried to find the beep codes in my motherboard's manual, but I couldn't find it. Looked on Gigabyte's website, but it doesn't mention the code for reoccurring short beeps. This PC has served me well for a while now so I'm certain my CPU is compatible with my mobo. I've also tried using my spare pair of DDR3 sticks but got the same results. 

My specs:

GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 270x

CPU: AMD FX 8320

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

RAM: DDR3 Hyperx fury 2x8GB 1866Mhz

PSU: Cooler master 600W supply

@muzzyg123 Hey I just found something that might really help you! I found a similar case of this happening, 1 long beep and 3 short beeps, and it turns out that the motherboard needed a BIOS update.

 

The issue is that I can't access the bios because my pc won't post and nothing is displayed on screen, so I can't update my bios. My GPU worked without a flaw before all this, I played fallout 3 the other day! Is there anything else I can do before I replace components? Thanks
