GTX 780 help

Firstly I noticed extremely low FPS in a lot of games, I decided to check out what the issue was and decided to do a core burn and look at my GPU load (result in image) my card will not go any higher that 500mhz no matter what I do, any one experience this before?

Have you properly configured the settings in the Nvidia Control Panel?

I am not sure what you mean? I have owned the card for about 6 months and never saw this issue till today

Try reinstalling the drivers again. And if you have an OC get rid of it.

Oh so you've had it for a while? Next thing I would do is remove and reinstall the drivers.

What are your temperatures in game and synthetic benchmarks?

And are you in power saving mode in Windows?

that happens to me all the time when i overclock gtx cards. I think its a throttle safety feature. I have to uninstall the drivers, remove registry entries, and restart reinstall. check to see that the fan is moving and temp issues or power supply mobo issues if it happens again without  ocing involved.

I have never gone higher than 70C and i am waiting to re-install drivers....except nvidia's driver server seem to either be in extreme loads or just bad.
