Dell Optiplex WoW machine

I am looking for recommendations on what model of used computers would be suited for my planned build. I plan to upgrade my gpu on my main rig and put my 7870 into a used computer that will only run World of Warcraft and an internet browser. My goal is to run the current WoW expansion on max settings at 1080p 60hz but I don't know anything about what cpu or memory I will need. Thanks.

I'd like to keep it under about 800 freedom dollars.

I had heard WoW is pretty cpu heavy, I'm not to worried about the setting if it saves me having to buy another gpu.

I mean, just buy a used i5 3rd or 4th gen and get some RAM for it. You could consider a prebuilt and throw your card in there if you don't want to deal with buying all the parts. Just beware of the prebuilt's power supply, make sure it has enough power. Also make sure your card can fit in the case.
