No signal

Hello my name is Rasit I did buy a used 1060 from MSI gaming X 6GB cool card btw
the problem is when I start the pc it say no signal have tried everything but what I think is the HDMI port is dead because it says no signal what can it be?

Not sure, if you ask me the safest thing would be to take the graphics card to a local service center... I'm pretty sure they will know what to do...
