Nokia 7 Plus gets Android 9 pie

Didn't saw any other thread about it so..

 

So HMD did not kept they're promise that Nokia 7 Plus will be the first non Pixel Android 9 phone as Oneplus 6 already got it couple of days ago but they did kept their promise that it's going to be in September.

The update is around 1,4GB and will come as usual in region waves with time. The first to get would be the non-operators phones, followed by operators ones (only 10% of the devices will get it in the first couple of days).

Google's Digital Wellbeing feature is not included as of now, but soon will be implemented (until december). You can get it if you had enrolled for the Beta or by installing the APK.

 

Overall I'm happy with the phone, it's snappy, good looking and does the job as fast as any other flagship model for less than half the price.

 

 

I haven't got my Android 9 update yet.
