Logitech Costumer support, no answer

Go to solution Solved by TetraSky,

They can be slow to respond, but it's worth the wait as they will likely send you a new mouse free of charge without needing to pay anything. Just give them time to get to you and explain your case clearly. (Even if they may ask you to essentially repeat yourself)

For example, I opened a ticket with Logitech on 2016-12-28, the first reply was on 2017-01-09, second to ask for my shipping information on 2017-01-11, and last to confirm everything was on 2017-01-16, I got the shipping notice for a new controller the very next day. Overall the whole process took a little under three weeks for me, or 8 business days(week days, not weekends) for the first reply, 2 for the second and 3 for the last.

I don't know if they are just swamped with work or if they only have like, 1 person working on support, but be patient.

Its been 6 days since i sent in a support ticket to Logitech after my G900 Spectrum started to get even worse with its double click issue and since then i have sent in updated posts twice to them and still no answer back, really didn't think this would happen with Logitech, always felt that their support was good :(

Not sure what steps i could take to try and get their attention, its a really expensive mouse so cant just go and buy another.

Any Ideas?

Send another ticket/email. Wait up to 2 weeks.

They could be really busy rn with tickets and that’s why yours is taking so long.

Otherwise yours may have been lost.

If your mouse is a bit old, I’d expect it to double click. Otherwise if you have the receipt, maybe you can return it and buy another one.

Ok will wait, just kinda annoying playing some games when it clicks away conversations :P I think my mouse is only about 2-2,5 years old and i can hear that there is some kind of rattle around the left click.

But it being this old might mean i have to get a new one, just wanted to ask them first really since its still one of their most expensive ones.

My logitech mouse is only good for about 1 million clicks or something.
I'd expect it to go bad after 3~ years.
