So I just installed a new gpu( msi rx 580) and I can only seem to get an hour of play time before my pc crashes( black screen, can still hear noise but it’s on that glitched continuous sound) and it requires me to power it off and on to fix it. I have left the bench mark going before and it haven’t crashed but as soon as a try to play a game (destiny 2 on high settings) I can only seem to get an hour of play time before it crashes.

my cpu is an i5-7600k

as well as my mobo is a asus prime Z270-A

as well as my psu is 500 w

Also another question is could this happen if my cpu over heats?

It is possible that it a thermal problem. Download Hwmonitor to check thermals. Also, update your BIOS, as there have been a few posts about BIOS not playing nice with some graphics cards.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
