CSGO low FPS

I bought a asus rog GL753VE 

spec:

I7 7700HQ

GTX 1050ti

8GB ram

128gb SSD

1TB HDD

 

before when i start csgo i consistently get 150-170 fps and my cpu usage is at 60-70% and my gpu is at 30% 

but now i only get 90 and below fps  my cpu usage is only at 30-40% and my gpu is at 20% I even tried to do the things they said on the internet like remove the fps cap 

lower all the settings lower the resolution and non of it worked any solutions?

are you sure it's running on the nvidia card and not the integrated graphics?

how are you monitoring gpu usage?

is vsync off?

Vsync is off but my usage on my GPU is only at 20% during gameplay and my cpu usage is only at 30-40%

I only bought this last December and in terms of dust dont think it would affect my laptop this early. my cpu is at 82-85C and my gpu is at 60-70 degrees

other games isnt affected

So hopefully it's only a problem in Csgo and not a hardware issue. Tried any special graphics configs in the console?

yeah i tried some and at the first 20mins of the game my fps was improved but after that it will become 70 fps again
