Based upon brand reputation from personal experiences, I can not recommend Adata. I've had a number of their SSD's fail, and I don't think I've ever seen an Adata flash drive make it to the year mark without some major issue and/or outright failure.

From a performance standpoint, they're going to translate largely into the same real-world performance.

The SU650 does slightly edge out the A400 however.
