No RTX card in sight, it's already better than many of the recent build posts.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

Do you already have the 1440p 144hz display?

Are you already invested into premiere? Or are you using Vegas/Other?

Any game streaming?

My monitor that i have already: https://www.amazon.com/27-inch-FreeSync-Response-DisplayPort-MG279Q/dp/B00ZOO348C
Vegas 13 Pro
No streaming.. Yet.

Then you should probably grab a Ryzen 7 8 core of some kind or Vegas/Streaming

and possibly Vega 56, or just a 1070ti/1080, since they'll all be fine at 1440p 144hz, and Vega gets you free-sync as a bonus, only if Vega 56 is close in price though

The H500 has better airflow/cooling than the R6

Do you really need a 1TB SSD? Probably fine with 500GBs of a WD Black gen 2 drive or 970 pro for the speed

That air cooler is just massive and relatively cheap on the german part picker anyways, would have to double check clearances and if it supports AM4 but it should be fine

If you like overclocking try for the R7 2700 and a top tier X470 board, the R7 1700 should hit at least 3.9ghz

Maybe change the 1TB SSD into 500GB SSD + 2/3 TB HDD...

Other than that I think it's great.

The video card seems a bit expensive, especially since the 2080 RTX is out now.  For Vegas youll be fine with a 1080 no need for Ti.  My old man uses a 1060GB 6GB RAM and Premiere runs just fine, and he doesn't even notice a difference in speed compared to his old 560 GTX..  He uses Vegas now and it runs flawless and he has a Sandy Bridge 2600k with a 1060GB , So you will be fine with a 8700k and 1080 GTX.  Youll save a couple hundred dollars in the process.  You should be able to find a 1080 GTX for 500ish or so.

Then maybe buy 2 SSDs then, one NVME top tier 500GB drive, and a secondary normal 500GB one

Nah nah i know what i need, it's more like deciding between GTX 1080 TI from asus, or from zotac, you know what i mean? Not between GTX 1080 TI and Radeon..
500GB of ssd is not enough for me, same as 16gb of ram. Vegas is eating 20gb's of memory after 30 min of work

I do 4k gameplay in Vegas 14 with 16GBs of RAM, what are you doing in it? I don't use any effects though.

You really don't need a 1080ti to run a 1440p 144hz display, a Vega 56/1070ti/1080 will be fine

and having 8 cores on Ryzen is a better option than the 8700K for rendering/streaming with Vegas most likely.

Or go crazy and get a 12 core 1920X on the relative "Cheap" gives you tons of PCI-e lanes as well for SSDs.

Make sure you have room to upgrade to 64GB memory.  If not rethink the motherboard.

I think you should stick with your build, and since you have a 1440p 144Hz monitor I'm guessing you're also gaming too so 1080 ti would be great.

If you want a cheaper card maybe get MSI, Zotac, or EVGA. But I don't recommend Gigabyte.

32GBs is already overkill for 99% of users

Hi, i want to know what do you guys think about this build?
Everything is going to fit, work?
No overheating, bottlenecks or explosions?
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xmPyLJ
Something i should change like cpu cooler or PSU?

BTW the RAM you chose doesn't have a price. So it would be something like this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gp2KNQ with the price.

Your 1080ti is already outdated from the 2080ti lol, just save the GPU money when you really don't need the previous best, not hard to live with medium-high settings instead of high-ultra.

Can use that money on more SSD storage or even build a NAS for your projects, or better yet invest that money in a 4k IPS secondary display for the editing.

True but that 1 percent uses a DAW or Video Editing.

Ive done projects in the past where Ive taken up 45GB of RAM.  Also for video editing if hes doing a huge project hell need that 32GB of RAM.  For gamers and normal users 16GB is the sweet spot.
