Hi,

I am facing a problem for sometime I get error 0xc0000005 on Uplay and Origin when I try to launch them. 

I have tried reinstalling windows,checking my hard drives ( used Western Digitals Data lifeguard), and RAM( used memtest) but the error persists.

 

I need help, I have attached all of the test results and specs of my pc.

 

PC specs:

CPU: i5 3470S

GPU: GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition

RAM: 8 GB 

OS: Windows 10 build 1803 64-bit

I used to get the exact same issue with uplay when i had a 750 ti and 4th gen i3, they told me they weren't officially supporting those generations and basically got told to suck it up, i'd imagine it would be a similar story for your hardware, can't comment on origin.

In descending order of probaility it could be:
a) You're missing (or have damaged) some kind of redistributable library. Since your issue lies with Origin and Uplay, i'd guess it's some version .NET Frameworks. Check out software requirements for U+O, and try reinstalling whatever is listed.
b) A faulty driver. Remove and reinstall GPU and MB drivers.

If that doesn't work you might as well try to reinstall Windows and if the problem persist, it's probably a

c) Hardware error

...and may god have mercy on your soul.
