Best Drawing Tablet?

Hi guys!

 

I'm in the market for a drawing tablet and am wondering if anybody has any opinions! I know Wacom is industry standard, but there's no way I can afford a Wacom right now (senior in college). I've had my eye on the Huion KAMVAS GT-191 Drawing Tablet with HD Screen 8192 Pressure Sensitivity - 19.5 Inch, but it has yet to come down in price. Has anybody had any good experiences with any others besides this one that is either this price or below? Trying to stick between a 16-20 inch display!
