Hey, guys.

I have this wierd issue since yesterday. My monitor started to show some red random pixels. An hour later it started to flicker sometimes. At first I thought it was the HDMI cable, but then I realized this only happened on certain tasks like games or YouTube.

Today I updated the Nvidia drivers and it went worst. It always flickers unless I am on the Google web page.

When I get home, I'll disassemble my PC, clean it and pray to every single God I know.

If you know anything, please comment it. Thanks ♥️

When you expect it that it might be your gpu drivers:

-Start by using a program named DDU. (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html)

-Download and install new drivers from nvidia.

Just uninstalling them through admin panel isn't complete enough to be sure :)

It's a good point to start your troubleshooting journey.

Useless to get DDU. In the Nvidia drivers, you can pick "Advanced", and from there you can pick to do clean install. It will remove all traces from the previous drivers, ask you to restart, and once you restart (and you are logged back in) setup will resume soon after and install the drivers.

You can try and clean it, and make sure that the PCI-E lane is clean, but that is rare that is the case, but I guess, you never know and doesn't hurt.

But to me, it sounds like faulty GPU memory (from experience).

You'll need to pass your graphics card under warranty for replacement (or return to the store if it is still under the return window)

Do you mean from the Nvidia Experience or the other one?
