Memory timing

Does memory timing matter as significant in gaming? Currently, I have Gskill 2400Mhz which run at 2133MHz due to my 6th gen processor. Now my memory timing as default is 15 15 15 36. If I tweak its timing in BIOS as 13 13 13 32, then is it make a noticeable improvement in gaming?

No, the speed itself is more important the timing, although when pushing larger limits (like >4000mhz or even >3400mhz) in some cases, changing timing can help.
