If you could stretch your budget to ~$90 USD, the SteelSeries Arctis 5. If not, SteelSeries Arctis 3. Been using the Arctis 5 for almost 2 years now and have had no problems so far. Great audio quality, good mic for the price, plus they look very minimalist, sleek, and not gamer-y at all so I also use them around the office when I listen to music.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

Okay You'll have to check your local currency but:

Sony MDRZX770AP is a good over ear with metal support in the head band.

If you don't want sony's anymore:

Audio Technica ATH-M20X has a bit more bass and is also used for with DJ's in mind so it has a bit more Cushioning around the ears for comfort

and if you can stretch your budget a little:

Sennheiser HD559 has good sound signature, is light to wear and also has a good bass responsiveness. Cable can be replaced if needed ( same goes for the Audio Technica, don't know for the sony)

of course if possible, see if you can test these before buying them.

Over ear, definitely

I am with Asus Strix headphone's and happy with them, tho I want to upgrade to AudioTechnika,Sennheiser or equivelent (more pricey)

Look at Asus Strix 2.0, it's almost 3 year old Headphones (you may find them cheaper) but it has great sounding, bass is not punchy but it is definitely there, and the microphone (can be attached or detached) is one of the best I have used. The only problem that occurred with mine was after 2 years of use the rotation thing that hold them snaped and I had to glue them (Not a problem I don't even need to rotate them anyways oh and the skin material kinda not disintegrate but starts to rip off, but that's normal with kinda all headphones.)
