Blackice SR1 360 didn't come with mounting screws for fixing to case?

I purchased bitspower fittings, blackice sr1 360 and a sr1 120 and the 120 had both sets of screws, 1 set of 4 to screw a fan and a set of 4 to mount to case. The 360 did not have this. I was thinking about these and contacted performance-pcs from where i bought it. Anyone has a clue why i didn't get the short m4 screws for mounting?

My SR-1 560's didn't come with any short screws either, just long ones. And neither

did my SR-1 240's. Seems to be the default maybe?
