PC freezing any time randomly

System specs :-

 I5-6500
Gigabyte B150-md3h
8gb ddr4 2133mhz
Corsair vs650

gpu:- gtx 960 4gb

hd 1tb 5400rpm

okay so posting for my friend so i tried every thing GPU is replaced along with UPS and power supply

so what is happening is his pc is crashing randomly while gaming or doing anything on computer. motherboard is also tested ram also . hdd is formate and new install windows . but problem is same as before pc is freezing and he need to hard restart the pc. No overclock on pc temps are siting around 65 max while gaming but it freezing when he doesn't game . can anyone help??? sorry for bad english tho.
