Hello!

I have been having issues with my phone's battery. The first is extremely fast drain and improper reading of battery usage, as shown in the attached screenshots. These were taken 52 minutes after pulling it off my charger. The other issue I have is that my phone will randomly restart at random percentages and drop to random percentages. For example, one which happened yesterday, it will be at 70, drop to 59, restart again, and dropped to 9. My phone also goes into this "Loop of death", which my phone will get below 20, auto-restart, get most of the way through the restart, black screen, restart again, and repeat. I have a galaxy s5

You said you have the Galaxy S5, right? The battery's lifetime is probably getting close to being dead. Luckily, you still own a phone with an user replaceable battery.

Try buying a new S5 OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) battery, and see if the problem persists. If it does persist, it's an hardware/software problem inside your phone. If that happens, try a factory reset. If factory reset doesn't work, it's a hardware problem, and you will eventually need to upgrade.
