if it was made longer than a year ago, yes. but they should have it included by now. don't bother with a 240mm aio for a low-end rig, use it for a better cpu/gpu instead.

Yeah, I already have the asus dual 1060 3gb. I choose the 2200g because its cheap and I could OC it to 3.9. Should I get a better CPU and cooler?

no need for a cooler, stock is good enough for a mild oc. use the cooler money for a better cpu or gpu.
