Yes I use 1 tb 7200rpm hdd

That sounds about normal for a 7200rpm HDD, then.

Hi, guys. Tell me if I worry too much:

you know every time you boot your pc, there is a prompt menu showing you which key to press to enter bios or boot options etc. after  that screen there comes the circle of win 10 spinning under the motherboard logo. It’s the spinning that takes too long. It takes my pc about 7 secs. Is it normal? I think it took shorter than that before. I installed intel optane memory, the login screen took less time to appear but the spinning took the same time as before.

SSD or HDD? 7 seconds past the BIOS screen or so sounds about normal for me, I've got a 1TB 7200RPM Barracuda.
