On Screen Keyboard Help Needed

So I like to use my laptop in tablet mode and when typing I am used to using swiftkey. Is there any way I can do that on my PC?

I heard rumors about it being in the October update but cannot at all confirm.

I tried it and the Insider Program just was glitchy, I guess I will wait until it is fully released. Cheers!
