Headphones?

Hi everyone, I'm in the market for a new pair of headphones. I've been looking at the Logitech g933 and the g633. I've heard that these headsets weren't really good but the main reason I want them is because of the multi source audio feature. This feature allows you to hear 2 audio sources into your headset at the same time. I play on my ps4 and have calls on discord on my PC (because not all of my friends have PS4) that's why it's important to me to hear both. If I can't hear on the PS4 I die..alot. No it's not an option to just get speakers because people at my house work and our rooms are next to each other. Not only that if it's too loud our neighbors can hear through the windows and complain. I found a really good deal for $80 with the g933 and $60 for the g633. My question is, is there another way of accomplishing this same multi source auido input. Thanks and advance.

@Veir

I've gone through a situation recently that may help you. First of all do not buy headphones that you've heard really weren't good. Why do that?

Recently I tried to hook up my Xbox headset to my pc - the problem was that the sound and the mic inputs are separate on pc.

The solution: a female to 2 male 3.5mm audio cable splitter.

However, in your case if you're buying a pc headset with mic & sound plugs, but want to use it for ps4 - you would get the 2 female to 1 male splitter -

It's a cheap solution, less than $10 - and you are not limiting yourself to a "not so good" headset.

I hope this helps!

EDIT - P.S. make sure it is a "TRRS" splitter, not a "TRS" - the TRRS has an extra pole on the plug to handle the 2 separate outputs/inputs

Logitech Headsets are heavy with a high chance to break after 12 Months. Buy Sennheiser and you will have it for Years.

Sorry if my wording is confusing but I'm not looking for a way to use my headset on both platforms. Im talking about the multiple source audio feature that comes with the g933 and g633 headset. They allow for you to hear two audio sources at the same time (ex. Headphones are plugged into my PC AND my PS4 so I can hear both audio in my headset at the same time. I can hear my game and talk to my friends at the same time.)

I have a pair of Sony-XB950bt (Extra Bass) and a Floureon BM-800 mic. They both work good on the PS4.

I know these aren't headsets but they are extremely versatile and work good on everything I've used them on.

I'm not looking for a new mic or headset, just away to hear both my PC and PS4 at the same time.
