Issue with amazon delivery

So i won't go into details about the order, its irrelevant. Im working on the project, and already was sent the wrong item

 I returned that, and reordered it.

 

The new order was supposed to arrive last night, and says it was delivered as of last night. The package is no where to be found, and the order says "package delivered to mailroom". I live in a house, so i dont have a mailroom. I'm hoping its still on the way but i have no idea what to expect.

 

Has anyone ever experienced this before, and know what i should expect? I live in a small neighborhood so i cant imagine it was stolen. It's really frustrating because this is the last piece i need to finish a project I've been waiting on for a while

Call Amazon on the phone and explain the situation.

Did anyone sign for the package?  Did you request signature?

I believe with Amazon shipments, you can leave special delivery instructions like "signature required by you." and if they dont sign for it, well, they don't get it.

Call them on the phone.

Yeah i did call them. The lady i talked to basically just said "im sorry to hear about that. I can refund you"

 

But i didnt get any sort of answer of where it could be
