RAID question

So right now I'm thinking about getting another WD2500AAKX so I can do a RAID array, and I forgot the type of RAID (it's one where if one drive fails, you still have the other drive). I was wondering if I can just get another and throw it in. And how would I configure it?

RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 0+1, RAID 5 and JBOD, NCQ and Hot Plug. Think I'm safe. What general area of the BIOS would I find this in?

In the BIOS, set the SATA port mode to RAID. Then, if it's an Intel board, press CTRL+I to access the RAID BIOS during boot up to set up the array. Doing so will wipe data on both drives.
