System Freezes

I am facing issue with my new build desktop. I noticed that the system get freeze while rendering in Autodesk Maya 2018. when rendering starts within 3 minutes the system will freeze(entire windows is not responding keyboard & mouse not responding) no idea what is happening. I have to hold the power button to get the system turn off. 

I ran  AIDA64 system Stability Test the system fails. I have no idea what's going on the PC. During the test, the CPU is getting throttled. I noticed that the system get freeze only while selecting stress CPU, stress FPU, stress Cache, stress system memory,  stress GPU. During stress system memory and stress GPU test also the system get freeze 

I ran with only stress CPU, stress FPU, stress Cache the system not throwing any error. I tried individual test during that time system is going fine.

Help me to figure out what's happening to the machine

Intel i7 7700

gigabyte ga-h10m-ds3h motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 LPX 2400MHz  

Kingston SA400  120GB SSD

WD 2TB HDD

GPU: Nvidia Quadro p600

PSU: Corsair VS450
