Game not using gpu

So i have this problem on my laptop "Asus ROG Strix GL503" some games refuse to use gpu even then i force gpu usage in nvidia control panel and cpu usage is 90-100% 
already tried  reinstalling gpu drivers, restarting pc multiple times, reinstalling games Warframe, gta 5, dying light all of them same problem in menu screen i am getting about 0 fps
specs 1050 ti  8gb ram  i5-8300H  win 10 home
