Enhanced intel turbo boost

Enhanced intel turbo boost technology....should this be enabled in my bios or disabled!If it is enabled will i get better performance?

One more question! Intel turbo boost is already enabled. So, is it ok to enable the enhanced one at the same time?

Enable it, not really sure why it would be disabled

 

Your CPU stock is 3.5GHz, Turbo Boost takes it to 3.9Ghz for when a little extra poke is needed
