HELP PLEASE!!

OK so my system 16gb ddr3 kingston hyperX 2133 RAM, however windows crashes at 2133 but is stable at 1866. Today however I was going to watch Netflix and my whole computer was being a bit jumpy and laggy so I opened task manager and had a look, chrome was using 3.5gb RAM, OK I closed all my tabs, computer was still jumpy, I looked at the graph page of the RAM to see what was up and noticed that it says it's running at 933, half the normal speed so I powered off checked the RAM seating, booted into BIOS checked RAM speeed, it was 1866, booted to Windows re-opened task manager and it still says 933 which isn't even a speed option on the MOBO. Anybody had anything similar, or got any ideas of a fix.

Cheers

You can set it to "auto" or use "X.M.P." settings. Check your BIOS manual. Something is set wrong (voltage or speed).
