Dirt stuck on panel

I've been trying to remove these white particles from my display (Dell XPS 13). I tried warm water and a 80/20 concentrate of dish soap to no avail. Trying to be careful not to damage the panel. 

 

 

Any suggestions?

They could be scratches due to sand and minerals on the keyboard when you close the laptop. If not, you might be able to use rubbing alcohol or just screen cleaner (which has a little bit of rubbing alcohol in it)

Don't really know. I believe it's just some dirt from the keyboard, that's why it's in such a simetric pattern. The picture makes it look a lot worse than it does in real life.

Is 99% safe or should I dillute it a bit before trying

Use some rubbing alcohol (most people don't have that so then use after shave) , by the way it actually works. My Airpods and a pen were in my pocket at the same time so I used aftershave and it came right off, it was such a relief.
